Business Development Managers

We tackle complex, mission-critical applications using the latest technology and the most advanced software development practices. We relish fixing the kind of software challenges that other consultancies dread. Ridiculously tight deadlines, disparate technologies, ill-defined requirements - all the things that are supposed to keep us awake at night are the reason we leap out of bed in the morning.

We're currently expanding our UK Business Development Team. We're looking for team members to help create a truly world-class sales function.

• Build relationships at CIO level and help them solve mission critical business problems

• Work as part of a close knit team and help us take our business development function to the next level

And you have...

• Have worked in a fast-moving sales environment, and be able to show us your flexibility in helping solve a wide variety of clients problems
• Experience selling services in the high tech world; ideally in a technology consultancy or software house environment
• A proven track record of negotiating, selling and managing strategic relationships
• A highly ethical, consultative and team oriented approach to solution sales
• A proven track record of building CIO level relationships
• A creative and innovative approach to building client relationships
• Ability to work through the whole sales cycle
• Proven ability to generate and follow up on your own leads; you're a combination of hunter and farmer
• Strong track record of achieving your sales targets
• Ideally, you will have experience of selling large-scale (£500,000 plus) software development projects
• A passion for understanding the business value that technology can deliver
• A track record of adapting your approach to suit the needs of different buy cycles
