Project Managers

If you would like to...

• Utilize Agile Methodologies to manage full life-cycle development of large, complex J2EE, Ruby or .NET projects
• Set expectations and build relationships at the CEO/CTO/CIO level
• Leverage understanding of client business needs to deliver stellar solutions
• Assess client needs for additional services and development opportunities
• Manage a dynamic, highly skilled project team
• Travel to work at client sites, which may include international travel

And you have...

• Ability to take business problems and facilitate their solution through collaboration and ingenuity. This includes full life-cycle project experience incorporating business analysis, design and implementation on custom-built enterprise applications.
• Ability to introduce change and drive those initiatives to completion.
• Exceptional consulting and client management skills, including pre-sales work, presentations, project planning, and managing client expectations. The right candidate must possess experience building client relationships, particularly at the stakeholder and board level.
• Familiarity with development methodologies, specifically Agile Methodologies such as XP (Extreme Programming) or Scrum.
• Conversant regarding OO enterprise applications and software system architectures coupled with real project experience.
• Experience managing team dynamics, building team relationships, mentoring team members and delivering feedback.
• Experience managing software development teams (10+ people).
• Open to 100% travel to the client site with the project team Monday through Friday.
