Project and Programme Managers

If you would like to...

• Play a varied role in a fast growing consultancy. You'll want to apply your knowledge of Programme and Project Management and client relationship building in a truly unique environment.

• Work with talented teams and drive their performance to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Utilise Agile Methodologies to manage the full life-cycle development of complex J2EE and .NET projects
• Set expectations and build relationships at the CEO/CTO/CIO level
• Leverage your understanding of the client's business to deliver stellar solutions

And you have...

• 10+ years' experience ideally including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which will have been with enterprise OO applications (Java and .NET) in a consultancy environment
• 5+ years' project and programme management experience on custom designed, full lifecycle application development projects
• Exceptional consulting and client management skills
• Experience of, or opinions on, Agile Methods including XP, DSDM and Scrum
• Team leading experience of larger teams (20 people)
• Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages
• A proven ability to inspire and pull together the talents of multidisciplinary teams
• Experience across the whole SDLC, from requirement gathering to deployment
• A creative approach to problem-solving and project management in general
