If you are in the business of recruiting to make money by carpet bombing resumes plucked from job portals - we are a peace loving company and don�t need bombers.

If you have a basket full of clients that you serve but are not sure if even 80% of them would be willing to recommend you highly to us in case we ask you for references, then maybe you are in the wrong business.

If you don�t believe in understanding requirements and don�t have a particularly good head hunting team in place which can deliver continuously then you would be wasting our time and yours.
